During 1977, in an effort to find a licensee, we have discussed this invention with several companies in addition to those previously contacted. Up until this time no definite interest in a license agreement has developed.

LICENSING
McCartney Manufacturing Company reported no sales of presses for the year and paid the annual minimum royalty of $500.00
Megadiamond Corporation, sublicensee under the license to McCartney Manufacturing Company, produced diamonds on the Hall press with earned royalties of $20,569.03 during 1977.
A license agreement, effective l-May-1977, was negotiated and completed with H. Tracy Hall, Inc. Income for 1977 from this license consisted of $500.00, the license issue fee.
At the end of the year we were in the final stages of negotiating a license agreement with DBT Corporation, a subsidiary of Megadiamond Corporation.
